Indigenous Australians should have a "voice" in parliament to allow them to have their say on laws affecting them, a cross-party group of federal MPs say.
The Joint Select Committee on Constitutional Recognition relating to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples has sought submissions on how indigenous recognition could work in parliament, in order to reflect varied voices from different communities.
