Native title rights granted to two Top End pastoral leases

The consent determinations of two Top End pastoral leases (Nutwood Downs and Hodgson River) include recognition of native title holders' rights to take resources from their country and use them for any purpose, including commercial purposes.
The PBC website acknowledges the traditional owners of country throughout Australia and their continuing
connection to land, culture and community.
